I went to the DR. on August 10 and weighed in at 283.5.
Now 5 weeks later I am at 255.2 lbs
I go to a place called medizone.
I just couldn't take the weght off myself no mater. To start one does a high protien diet and drinks a gallon of water a day. Also you get a b12 shot, take a multi-vitamin, CALCIUM PORUVATE to make one feel full and some PHENO something to speed you up. After the first week one eats in the ZONE diet and they reccomend 30 minutes of cardio a day to boot.
SO FAR:
Initial weigh in 283.5
after 1 week 270.0
after 2 weeks 266.5
after 3 weeks 262.5
after 4 weeks 261.0
after 5 weeks 255.2
total loss 28.3 pounds so far. It seems to be working. I will continue 21.7 to go!!!!
