Was posting in Mr. Hognuts walking thread.


I went to the DR. on August 10 and weighed in at 283.5.

Now 5 weeks later I am at 255.2 lbs

I go to a place called medizone.
I just couldn't take the weght off myself no mater. To start one does a high protien diet and drinks a gallon of water a day. Also you get a b12 shot, take a multi-vitamin, CALCIUM PORUVATE to make one feel full and some PHENO something to speed you up. After the first week one eats in the ZONE diet and they reccomend 30 minutes of cardio a day to boot.

SO FAR:

Initial weigh in 283.5
after 1 week 270.0
after 2 weeks 266.5
after 3 weeks 262.5
after 4 weeks 261.0
after 5 weeks 255.2

total loss 28.3 pounds so far. It seems to be working. I will continue 21.7 to go!!!!

Thanks TEAZE, I was snoring way too much as well. Taking some weight off is helping, the old lady was getting fed up.

i snore terribly and realize the xtra 20-25 doesn't help, need to get my fat ass in shape as well.

damn nice job! Good luck with the rest of the weight... the hard part is keeping those 50 pounds off

just eat a healthy diet, walk around the block and you'll be good to go! :)

5teamparlay,nobody is pullin harder for you than me..buuut,takin those pills,aint a long term solution...if you dont learn to live a healthy lifestyle,the minute you get off the pills,youll start gainin weight..you cant take those pills forever.....5team,please dont take this,the wrong way,but there just aint no easy way out......glad to see,that you started your own thread,that means your confidence is growin,and you feel like,you can get it done....it aint easy,to post this stuff on the internet,where every stupid sumbitch in the world,can have a shot at ye...buuut,it sure is rewarding......'keep the continue'

Thanks for the support MR HN2:103631605 , I have learned to diet better than in the past as well I have joined the gym.

Just got some work clothes refitted today, that was a great feeling. I weigh in tommorrow as well.


As a 'drinker' I am laying off beer, and will do a mixed diet drink as well, seems to help. I was doing a case of beer a week recently, that couldn't have helped my cause.

Thats even after choewng down at a prevew of the new steakhouse at THE HARD ROCK TAMPA last night.
I then went to the mall and bought a new belt. My belt was too big and couldn't hold my clothes up.

Initial weigh in 283.5
after 1 week 270.0
after 2 weeks 266.5
after 3 weeks 262.5
after 4 weeks 261.0
after 5 weeks 255.2
after 6 weeks 252.2
after 7 weeks 249.0

Using the official doctors scale. (that tells body fat, hyration level etc.)

A case was probably a conservative estimate just hanging at the house watching TV beer.

It's rum and diet now.

Said goodbye to my neighborhood bar of 12 years as I moved quite a distance away.
Had a beer here and there, but really been too busy with car shopping, apartment hunting and moving to do much else.
Never did shore up a bet with xpanda on the drinking/smoking thing.
I'm going to have some junk food tommorrow and then start Monday the 1st my full-time job is to get back in shape and lose some pounds.

Weighed in at 246 today after eating like a ranchhand all wee long, ( my son's birthday had like 10 pieces of cake, pizza, hot dogs, chips guhh) don't know how I did it.

8-10-07 283.5 bf=30.1
8-31-07 262.5 bf=26.2
10-4-07 246.0 bf=23.3

12.5 pounds to go!!!
